I thought of myself as the luckiest man alive working with Miriam in buying my first house. Even though the house that I bought was my first it wasn’t my first experience with a realtor. Hands down Miriam has got to be the best in this line of work. Her attention to details, knowledge of the market, professionalism and communication are superb. I started working with Miriam in the middle of the pandemic (COVID-19) which made things a little challenging but Miriam being a realtor that doesn’t disappoint her clients worked out some magic to get the process of us seeing houses going. She took the time to explain every paper I was signing and provided me with a copy of every document.
